Villas & Cottages at Houston Oaks

Houston Oaks is planning generously sized 4-bedroom Villas for purchase and 2 and 3-bedroom Cottages for rent to accommodate Members and their guests. Only Legacy Members of Houston Oaks will have the opportunity to own the villas, but other Members and limited outside guests will have the opportunity to rent those which are placed in the Club's Rental Program. The Villas and Cottages will have designs that invite the outside in; encouraging the outdoor living. All homes will have scenic views and easy access to the many amenities on the property, The Cottages will be clustered around landscaped common areas with fire pits and relaxing porches and patios where extended families groups of firneds or business associates may enjoy one another's company in a private setting.
