With our expanding garden, aquaponic greenhouse and bee farm, Houston Oaks is moving towards a sustainable future. The culinary team utilizes every aspect of the farm throughout all seven dining locations on property. It even has made its way behind the bar into our mixology program.
Produce is harvested daily and menus change seasonally. Our Executive Chef works closely with the Master Gardener to determine planting schedules and summer farmers markets. Members enjoy a true epicurean farm-to-table experience.
