At Houston Oaks, our reverence for the land doesn’t stop at mindful landscaping and creating artful designs that enhance it. We believe in engaging in as much farm-to-table dining as possible, which is why we take advantage of the fresh vegetables, fruits and herbs provided by a nearby full farm and bySustainable Harvesters, a company that runs a nearby aquaponics farm that cultivates organic produce through a sophisticated food production system.
In the Dining Room, our menus change with the seasons and enable us to provide our members and diners with upscale country classics and so much more. And if you have a favorite, our culinary staff is prepared to do everything in its power to serve that favorite to you in a way that will exceed your expectations and ignite passions for it all over again.
Our chef uses Allen Brothers Prime Beef to create menu items like our signature 21-Day Dry Aged Rib-Eye Chicken Fried Steak. Daily features of beef, chicken and fish are artfully crafted and made with the freshest ingredients available. Just want a quick, tasty bite? Appetizers like our Tuna Tartare are member favorites.
To top things off, our wine list, full bar and expertly trained staff will help you match the perfect drink with the perfect meal. And whether you're a wine aficionado or wine novice, you'll enjoy selecting from our extensive wine list, which includes countless wines from some of the most respected and revered wineries in the world. Wines are expertly stocked by our sommelier, who bases selections largely on our seasonal Dining Room menu and member preferences.
