Legacy Boardroom
This exclusive Legacy Level Boardroom is conveniently located in our Clubhouse and can seat up to 22 guests with it's extension.

Boardroom at the Inn
Our Inn Boardroom is a great option for small meetings for those staying at the Inn. This light-filled location has a view of the Houston Oaks Golf Course, a monitor equipped for meeting use and a conference phone.

Bunker 55 Boardroom
This boardroom, located in our private wine cellar, is an ideal location for multi-coursed dinner meetings.

VENUES

Perfect for larger groups, these facilities provide options for your corporate outings, meetings and company picnics.

The Bunker Lounge
Perfect for luxury wine-centric cocktail style corporate events.

The Pavilion
A covered, outdoor event space perfect for corporate picnics and family oriented gatherings for up to 200 people.

The Conservatory
A climate-controlled environment for larger meetings, conferences and corporate gatherings for up to 300 seated guests.

The Park House
An outdoor venue with fire pits, full bars and bandstand. Perfect for causal outdoor, family oriented events.

The Gun Club
Located at the Houston Oaks Ranch, the Gun Club, this rustic venue is perfect for team builds when utilizing the facilities' shooting range, or ideal for smaller meetings between 20-60 guests.
